I'd recommend Vertu Honda Grantham to anyone because the staff are friendly and very helpful. Especially, Granny Clarkson has gone extra miles to find a perfect car that meets our needs. I would not recommend Vertu Honda Grantham because it was promised the car would be serviced before delivery, it wasn’t. The boot door did not close properly, there was a fault with the wiring on the towbar causing a beep when indicating, the tyre inflation kit was missing. This was a Honda Approved used car which we were lead to believe meant it had been thoroughly inspected. All of the above issues should have been sorted before handover. The car didn’t appear to have been cleaned particularly well. After complaining the car was collected and a loan car provided. The issues have been fixed but these should have been dealt with before handover. Given that none of this was done it does make me wonder whether the paint and upholstery protection was actually applied, I have no way checking so have to take your word for it. Final issue still outstanding is the supply of the key needed to remove the tow ball. I was told this would be posted to me but I have yet to receive it. Over all poor level of sales service. Service department did a good job of collecting and delivering the car and keeping me informed of progress.

I'd recommend Vertu Honda Grantham to a friend because they made the experience of looking, trying and buying my car very easy. Our salesman, Max Baldwin was incredibly professional, very friendly and trustworthy. The handover process was very thorough but straightforward. while purchasing the car, all options were laid out and not forced on me. I will definitely revisit in future. Thank you!
